| 摘 要： | 为贯彻落实《国务院关于进一步加强企业安全生产工作的通知》,加强安全生产监督管理,规范企业安全生产标准化工作,适应电力行业安全发展、持续发展的客观需要,必须从“两层级”着眼、“两化法”着力、“四要素”着手,将标准化工作全面应用于水电企业安全生产全过程,才能取得良好绩效。

| Abstract: | In order to implement the Notice of the State Council on Further Strengthening the Working Safety in Enterprises, strengthen the supervision and administration of working safety, standardize the working safety of enterprises, and meet the objective needs of the safe and sustainable development of the power industry, it must apply the standardization work to the whole process of working safety of hydropower enterprises from the aspects of “two levels”,“solidification and conversion methods” and “four elements” so that to achieve good performance. |
