摘    要:生物浸出工艺以其经济、高效和环境友好等优势,在低品位、复杂铀矿处理中受到青睐,根据矿石性质、工艺条件等采用不同的微生物。对微生物浸铀工艺主要采用的微生物种类及其生长特性、浸铀原理以及实际应用进行综述,阐述了铁/硫氧化过程、生物铁载体、低分子量有机酸及胞外多糖对铀溶解的作用。

Abstract:Bioleaching is favored to low grade or complex minerals composition uranium ores due to its advantages of economical, efficient and friendly environment actions. Different kinds of microorganisms should be chosen according to ore properties and leaching processes. Main types of microorganisms used in the process of uranium bioleaching, their growth characteristics, principles of uranium bioleaching and these practical applications are reviewed, of which the following aspects are highly focused: uranium dissolution by iron-oxidizing and sulfur-oxidizing bacteria, siderophore, low molecular weight organic acids and EPSs.
