摘    要:针对聚丙烯酸酯废水稳定性好、可生化性差,难以被传统生物工艺降解,且传统焚烧法及湿式催化氧化能耗高、成本高的问题,探索了零价铁类芬顿技术对COD为5~6 g/L、相对质均分子质量545.1×10^3的聚丙烯酸酯废水的处理效果,进行了反应条件的优化,并进一步探究了目标污染物聚丙烯酸酯在反应中的降解途径。结果表明,在初始pH为3.0~4.0、H2O2质量分数30%的双氧水投加量1.5 m L/L、Fe^0投加量50 g/L的优化条件下,曝气反应处理2 h后COD为268 mg/L,去除率达92.7%,平均相对质均分子质量为1 527,降低率达99.7%。聚丙烯酸酯在HO·的攻击下聚合键断裂,由聚合物裂解为长链酯、烷等,最终被HO·氧化得到产物二氧化碳与水。

Abstract:In view of the stability of polyacrylate wastewater, poor biodegradability, difficult to be degraded by traditional biological processes, and the high energy consumption and high cost of traditional incineration and wet catalytic oxidation, the zero-valent iron Fenton-like technology for COD was explored, when COD was 5~6 g/L. The treatment effect of polyacrylate wastewater when relative mass average molecular mass of 545.1×10^3 was optimized,and the degradation pathway of the target contaminant polyacrylate in the reaction was further explored. The results showed that under the optimized conditions of initial p H of 3.0~4.0, H2O2 mass fraction of 30% hydrogen peroxide dosage of 1.5 m L/L and Fe0 dosage of 50 g/L, COD was 268 mg/L after aeration treatment for 2 h, the removal rate was 92.7%, the average relative mass average molecular mass was 1 527, and the reduction rate was 99.7%.The polyacrylate is broken by a polymer bond under the attack of HO·, and is cleaved by a polymer into a long-chain ester, an alkane, etc., and finally oxidized by HO· to obtain a product of carbon dioxide and water.
