摘    要:介绍了污废水生物处理中的微生物菌体包埋固定化技术,总结了该技术的研究现状及其在污水处理领域(脱氮、脱氨、降解有毒物质等)的应用。微生物菌体包埋固定化技术因具有的生物量含量高、包埋微生物类型及污水处理范围广、单位体积微生物菌体或酶活性高、固液分离方便及下游处理操作简单、抗冲击负荷及抵抗搅拌剪切力强等优点,在水处理领域受到广泛研究及关注。但目前研究多集中在包埋材料的制备、包埋菌种的选择等方面,未见将其大规模用于工业应用的报道。在今后的研究中,应对微生物菌体包埋技术的应用领域进行扩增,并可将其与细胞生物学、酶工程、生物催化剂和环境工程等领域进行结合。

Abstract:The microorganism immobilization technology for wastewater treatment was introduced, the current research status of this technology and its application in wastewater treatment field such as denitrification, deamination and toxic substance degradation were summarized. Due to microorganism immobilization technology have high biomass content, wide range of embedded microorganism types and wastewater treatment, high activity of unit volume microorganism and enzyme, convenient solid-liquid separation, simplicity of downstream processing operation, strong resistance to impact load and mixing shear force, it has received much research and attention. Most of its research still focuses on the preparation of immobilizing materials and the selection of immobilizing bacteria at present, and there is no report about its industrial application. In future studies, the application field of microorganism immobilization technology should be augmented, and it would be combined with cytobiology, enzyme engineering, biocatalyst and environmental engineering.
