摘    要:针对安宁市某污水处理厂低负荷污水的运行现状,通过序批式活性污泥法(SBR)中试模拟,对在不同污泥含量下系统脱氮除磷效果和不同回流方式(方式1为SBR池回流至生物选择区,方式2为SBR池回流至缺氧池后再回流至生物选择区)状态下的系统脱氮除磷效果进行分析.结果表明,污泥的质量浓度在4~5g/L时,系统脱氮除磷效果为佳,TN、TP的去除率分别为46.52%,25.16%.回流方式1和方式的2的TP平均去除率分别为46.47%和56.99%,方式2除磷效果优于方式1;而脱氮效果无显著差异(TN的去除率分别为44.23%和49.10%)。

Abstract:Based on the operation status of low-load sewage of a sewage treatment plant, through the pilot batch simulation of activated sludge process(SBR), the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in different sludge contents and different reflux modes were analyzed. Mode 1 was that the SBR pool was returned to the biological selection zone, and Mode 2 was that the SBR pool was returned to the anoxic pool and then returned to the biological selection zone. The results showed that the nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency of the system was better when the concentration of sludge was4~5 g/L, and the removal rates of TN and TP were 46.52% and 25.16%, respectively. The average removal rate of TP of reflow Mode 1 and Mode 2 was46.47% and 56.99% respectively, phosphorus removal effect of Mode 2 was better than Mode 1, but there was no significant difference in nitrogen removal effect.(The removal rates of TN were 44.23% and 49.10%, respectively).
