摘    要:水轮发电机转子绝缘降低将严重威胁机组的安全稳定运行,甚至导致发电机故障跳闸而影响到电站出力,造成电网负荷波动。阐述了某水电站发电机转子的主要结构,针对机组运行过程中发生的转子绝缘降低问题进行了深入分析,最终采取有效措施解决了转子绝缘降低问题,对处理发电机运行过程中出现的类似问题具有一定的参考价值。

Cause Analysis and Treatment for Generator Rotor Insulation Reduction at One Hydropower Station
Abstract:Generator rotor insulation reduction will seriously threaten safe and stable operation of turbine-generator unit,even lead to generator fault tripping,which will affect power station output and cause load fluctuation of power grid.This paper introduces the main structure of generator rotor at one hydropower station and analyzes the problem of rotor insulation reduction occurred during the operation of the hydropower unit.Finally,effective measures are taken to solve the problem of rotor insulation reduction,providing some references to deal with similar problems during generator operation.
