摘    要:针对某日化产品公司原废水处理站的运行存在的问题,提出了提标扩容改造方案,介绍了气浮系统、厌氧反应系统、好氧反应系统、污泥处理系统和其他系统等5部分的扩容改造工艺流程和主要构筑物参数。改造完成后的实际运行结果表明,解决了废水及污泥处理系统负荷过高、出水效果不稳定、产水量不足和人工操作强度大等问题。最终出水COD在40~60 mg/L,且其他指标均达到DB32 939-2006和DB32/T 1072-2007排放要求。

Abstract:In view of the problems existing in the operation of the original wastewater treatment station of a daily-use chemical product company, the upgrading and capacity expansion scheme was put forward. The expansion and transformation process and main structure parameters of five parts, namely,air flotation system, anaerobic reaction system, aerobic reaction system, sludge treatment system and other systems, were introduced. The actual operation results after the renovation showed that the problems of excessive load, unstable effluent effect, insufficient water yield and high manual operation intensity of the wastewater and sludge treatment system had been solved. The final effluent COD was 40~60 mg/L, and other indicators met the discharge requirements of DB32 939-2006 and DB32/T 1072-2007.
