氨吹脱+外置式MBR+DTRO工艺处理垃圾渗滤液工程应用

摘    要:某中晚龄期生活垃圾填埋场垃圾渗滤液处理工程,采用“氨吹脱+外置式MBR+DTRO”工艺,设计处理能力200 m^3/d。运行情况表明,该工艺COD、BOD5、NH3-N、TN、SS去除率分别达99.54%、99.17%、99.38%、99.00%、99.83%,处理后的废水水质可达到生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准(GB 16889-2008)中表2的要求达标排放,系统回收率72.25%。

Abstract:Ammonia stripping combining with external membrane bioreactor (MBR) and the disc tube reverse osmosis (DTRO) process has a designed treatment capacity of 200m^3/d. This technology was applied to a middle- advanced aged domestic waste landfill in Hubei province for landfill leachate treatment. The result of the operation indicates that the removal rates of COD, BOD5, NH3-N, TN and SS were reached at 99.54%, 99.17%, 99.38%, 99.00% and 99.83%, respectively. The wastewater after treatment met the discharge standard of Domestic Waste Landfill Pollution Control Standard (GB16889-2008) in table 2 and the recovery rate in this project were reached at 72.25%.
