摘    要:相变蓄热装置依其体积小、蓄热量大、放热温度均匀等特点在余热回收方面有很广阔的应用前景。研制开发了一种适用于用余热加热的相变蓄热装置,装置中加装了强化传热的导热翅片和加热、放热用的换热盘管。在不同水流量下对加热和放热过程中的热工参数进行了测试。通过对装置加热和放热特性所进行的测试结果分析可知,装置中导热翅片起到了很好的强化传热作用。它适合用于对余热的储存,也便于把储存的余热以多种形式供给用户。

Abstract:There is extensive use to apply the phase change accumulator equipment to the reclamation ofafterheat, because it has features such as small volume, large heat storage capacity and uniform heat releasetemperature and so on. A phase change regenerative equipment which can utilize the afterheat for heating wasdeveloped, there are heat transfer strengthened transmitting heat fins and dish exchange tube which can use forheating and heat release. The thermal technology parameters during process of heating and heat release weretested under different water flow capacity. The result shows that the transmitting heat fins work very well forstrengthening heat transfer by testing the character of heating and heat release for equipment. This kind ofaccumulator equipment is not only adapted for storage of afterheat, but also can provide the heat storage toconsumer in various forms.
