摘    要:随着电力企业营销系统的整合和功能性调整,已逐步实现营销系统由分散型向集约型的转变,95598客户服务系统的整合与升级成为必然趋势。文章以现有的分散型95598客户服务系统为基础,提出了省级集中的95598客户服务系统的建设思路与实现方案,对未来实现省级集中的95598客服系统有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:The integration and functional adjustment of marketing systems in electric power enterprises promote the transformation of marketing systems from decentralized to intensive management. The integration and upgrade of 95598 customer service systems is necessary. This paper proposes the construction idea and realization scheme of a provincial 95598 customer service system on the basis of the existing decentralized 95598 customer service system. This can be referential to the future construction as well.
