广东电网物资管理信息系统实用化评价体系研究

摘    要:结合广东电网公司物资管理信息系统的实用化评价工作,从系统业务角度选取4个一级评价指标:系统运行模式、系统覆盖率、数据完整性和流程固化度,基于基础业务数据进行指标和权重分解,实现评价指标的定量计算,得出评价结果。与传统的实用化评价标准相比,定量评价具有良好的可操作性,避免人为因素的干扰,更加科学、客观、公正。

Abstract:Take materials management information system of Guangdong Power" Grid Corporation for" an example, this paper chooses four first grade evaluation indicators, namely system operation mode, system coverage, data integrity and degree of cure for business process, to evaluate its practicality. A quantitative calculation method for the chosed evaluation indicators is presented, which decomposes the first grade indicators into several second grade indicators and assigns corresponding weights on the basis of basic business data. Compared with the traditional practicality evaluation method, the proposed method is good operability and more scientific, objective and fair because of no intervention of human factors.
