| Abstract: | According to the real situation of software project management in Guangdong Power Grid Corporation, this paper proposes a solution for application software lifecyele management based on the asset liability management （ALM） theory. The proposed solution can continuously improve software quality by wholly tracing and managing each phase such as system design, project development, software testing and software release and so on. |
