摘    要:为了满足航空发动机外场测试的便携性要求,利用NI公司的CompactRIO(CRIO)平台设计了发动机便携式温度测试系统.利用LabVIEW FPGA开发了CRIO的底层FPGA模块,实现对数据采集模块的控制与管理;利用LabVIEW RTOS开发了CRIO的底层实时操作系统,实现了对采集数据的组织、管理及与上位机通信;最后利用LabVIEW开发了上位机软件,实现测试数据的实时显示和数据存储.基于CRIO的便携式温度采集系统具有体积小、重量轻、精度高、实时性强、灵活性较高的优点,充分满足了航空发动机外场便携式测试的功能要求.

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of portable field testing system of aero-engine,the portable engine-temperature testing system is designed based on NI's CompactRIO platform.LabVIEW FPGA is used to develop the FPGA module underlying the CompactRIO while the control and management of data acquisition module are implemented.LabVIEW RTOS is used to develop the real-time operating system inside the CompactRIO while the organization,management of acquisition data and communicating with the host are implemented.Finally,LabVIEW is used to develop the host software,the real-time display and storage of acquisition data are implemented.With the advantages of small size,light weight,high precision,better efficiency and flexibility,the portable temperature acquisition system based on CompactRIO fully meets the requirements of portable test of the aero-engine.
