超细水泥材料注浆试验研究

摘    要:为获得超细水泥材料注浆在破碎蚀变矿岩中的施工参数和扩散特性,论文在研究超细水泥粒径分布、水灰比和可注性等特性的基础上,以某矿破碎蚀变薄矿脉为试验场地,进行了注浆参数设计和现场注浆试验,分析注浆试验数据,获得了一系列相关的结论。分析结果表明:在试验段进行DMFC-1200超细水泥注浆的合适浆液水灰比为1.2:1.0;合理的注浆压力范围为2~6 MPa;浆液扩散半径范围为0.5~1.5 m,扩散区域主要集中在轻、中蚀变岩中。

Abstract:To acquire the construction parameters and diffusion characteristics of the superfine cement grouting in broken rock, this paper studied the design of grouting parameters and the test of in situ grouting which took a broken and alteration thin vein in a mine as the test site on the basis of superfine cement chracteristics study such as particle diameter distribution, water cement ratio and perfusion performance. A series of conclusions were obtained by analyzing the grouting test data. The results show that the suitable water cement ratio which used DMFC-1200 superfine cement as the grouting material to grout the broken and alteration rock in the mine is 1.2:1.0, the reasonable range of grouting pressure is 2~6 MPa, the diffusion radius is in the range of 0.5~1.5 m and the diffusion area is mainly concentrated in the mild and moderate alteration rock.
