一种跨声速风洞移测架伺服控制系统

摘    要:移测架在风洞流场校测及精细化测量中发挥着重要作用,为实现某跨声速风洞流场的精细化测量,设计一套高精度移测架伺服控制系统,用于移测架精确定位控制.讨论了伺服控制系统的硬件配置、软件设计、安全联锁,介绍了控制策略.设计的伺服控制系统可实现风洞试验段X轴方向0.03mm定位控制精度,对提高风洞流场校测的精细化测量水平具有重要意义.

Abstract:Traverse system plays an important role for flow field calibration and precise measurement in wind tunnel.To achieve high precise flow field measurement in transonic wind tunnel,a high precise servo control system is designed for traverse system fine position.The hardware configuratin and software design,and safety interlock of the servo control system are discussed.Also,the control strategy is presented.The X axis control precision in the test section of wind tunnel is up to 0.03 mm and the system has great significance for improving the precise measurement of flow field calibration in transonic wind tunnel.
