摘    要:本文对N235负载钼的有机相进行了研究,通过稀硫酸洗涤、氨水反萃等工序,得出了较优的实验结果。在稀硫酸浓度为0.1 mol?L-1,相比O/A=1:1,混合震荡时间为5 min,温度为常温的洗涤条件下,砷的洗涤率为92.5%,钼的损失率为0.5%;经过三级错流洗涤,砷的总洗涤率达到了99.2%,钼的损失率为0.9%;洗涤后液在氨水浓度为5 mol?L-1,相比O/A为5:1,震荡时间7 min温度为常温的反萃条件下,单级反萃率为95.2%,二级错流总反萃率为99.7%。

Abstract:This article studied the organic phase of N235 with molybdenum , through dilute sulfuric washing, ammonia stripping processes, obtained the optimum results. The sulfuric acid concentration of 0.1 mol ? L-1, phase rate O / A = 1: 1, mixed shock time 5 mins, washing at room temperature, the arsenic washing rate is 92.5%, molybdenum loss rate is 0.5%; through three cross-flow, total arsenic washing rate achieved 99.2%, molybdenum loss rate is 0.9%; the stripping of washing liquid condition : concentration of ammonia is 5 mol ? L-1, phase rate O / A= 5: 1, mixed shock time 7 min, stripping at room temperature, the single-stage stripping rate is 95.2%, two cross flow total stripping rate is 99.7%.
