尾砂充填料浆流变性能影响因素分析

摘    要:在扩散度、坍落度实验的基础上,通过研究流变特性实验获得的流变参数,从尾砂性质、料浆浓度和砂灰比三个方面分析阐释影响尾砂充填料浆流变性能的原因。结果表明:充填料浆符合Hershel-Bulkley流体模型,在剪切速率0~220s-1范围内,料浆浓度小于74%时均会达到层流与紊流的临界剪切速率,其实际值大于理论计算值;全尾砂经分级后,屈服应力、刚性系数整体下降,浆体的扩散效果、流动性变好;充填料浆浓度的增加造成料浆屈服应力、刚性系数整体增大,表现为扩散度、坍落度总体呈下降趋势;砂灰比与流变特性参数不呈线性关系,对尾砂充填料浆的流变性能影响较小。

Abstract:Based on the experiment of diffusance and slump, the reason for tailing character, slurry concentration and the mass ratio of tailings to cement to influence backfilling slurry rheological performance, was analysed and explained by study of rheological parameter obtained from the rheological performance experiment. The result shows that backfilling slurries conform to Hershel-Bulkley rheological model, and can reach to critical shear rates, the actual value of which are greater than theoretical calculating value, between laminar and turbulent flow when the slurry concentration below 74%. Yield stress and rigidity coefficient entirely decline after classified, so that the diffusion effect and mobility of backfilling slurries become better. The increase of slurry concentration leads yield stress and rigidity coefficient to enlargement, and diffusance and slump of backfilling slurries behave whole decline. The mass ratio of tailings to cement performs no linear relation with rheological performance parameters and little influence on rheological performance of tailing backfilling slurries.
