涤纶牛津布阻燃防紫外复合整理

摘    要:对染色涤纶牛津布用UV-531防紫外线整理剂、阻燃剂及银粉进行复合涂层整理,以赋予织物多种功能。比较了不同阻燃剂、UV-531整理剂用量和铝粉浆用量对涂层效果的影响,例举了底涂和面涂处方,并就相关工艺参数(底涂量的控制、刀的厚度、阻燃剂和溶剂的选择等)进行了分析讨论。结果表明,选择磷氯类阻燃剂DJ-508和磷氮类阻燃剂共同作用,25%的UV-531防紫外线整理剂用量,合理选择银粉涂层整理工艺参数,可得到优良的整理效果。

Abstract:The dyed polyester oxford fabric was finished by UV finishing agents, flame retardants and silver coating. The influence of different flame retardant, the dosage of anti-ultraviolet finishing agent UV-531 and aluminum powder paste to coating effect was compared. The recipes of backing coating and surface coating were listed, and relative process parameters were analyzed such as control of back coating, knife thickness, selection of flame retardant and solvent. As a result, the optimal finish effect can be obtained under the condition of combining phosphorus chlorine flame retardant D J-508 with phosphorus nitrogen flame retardant, 25% anti-ultraviolet finishing agent UV-531, reasonable process parameter of silver powder coating.
