摘    要:加工间隙是电解加工的核心工艺参数,利用在45钢薄片上打微细孔,通过实验分析来探索高频、窄脉冲微细电解加工中频率、电压和电解液浓度对加工间隙及电极截面和加工稳定性的影响规律。

Abstract:Machining gap is the key technological parameter in electrochemical machining, which is affected by many factors. In this paper, microhole is machined on the slice of 45# steel. In this case, the influencing rules of frequency, voltage and electrolyte concentrations on machining gap as well as the section of electrode on machining stability were studied through experiment analysis in high frequency short pulse electrochemical micromachining.
