| 摘 要： | 随着集成电路设计规模的不断增加,现在IC设计师大都脱离原来的低层次原理图设计方法而采用高层次设计,无论是逻辑设计还是物理(版图)设计都需要库的支持,性能优越的库对保证设计成功起到关键性的作用,因此库的开发工作显得日益重要。简要介绍了集成电路建库的流程。
