凝汽器铜管镀Ni—P合金腐蚀对策研究

摘    要:用电化学实验及交流阻抗技术探讨了采用不同方法对凝汽器铜管表面处理后的耐蚀性 ,证明化学镀Ni-P合金后铜的耐蚀性提高。与预膜处理后铜的耐蚀性及不锈钢进行对比 ,镀Ni-P合金层较预膜处理具有更高的耐蚀性 ,在某些介质中比使用不锈钢更安全。

Abstract:The corrosion resistance of the condenser copper tube surface treated by different methods was tested and studied using electro-chemical testing and alternating current resistance technique. The tests showed that the Ni-P plated copper tubes offered an corrosion resistance higher than that of the pre-filmed tubes and stainless steel.. It is more safer to use Ni-P plated tubes than to use stainless steel in certain media.
