单相全桥PWM整流器的直接电流控制技术研究

摘    要:分析了采用IGBT全控型开关管的单相全桥整流电路及其相应的数学模型,根据稳态矢量关系,指出要实现整流器的单位功率因数控制,关键在于控制网侧电流。给出了PI调节器的控制结构框图,分别对电压外环和电流内环的PI调节器参数进行了设计,并采用Matlab/Simulink对整个控制系统进行建模和仿真验证。最后制作了3 kW的小样机进行实验,实验结果表明双闭环PI调节器能很好地满足整流器控制系统的稳定性和动态性要求。
