摘    要:本文从激振力和支承系统动刚度入手,对黄台电厂7号机组(300MW)换叶片后3号,4号轴承座振动问题进行分析诊断,确定了运用精确的高速动平衡减小质量不平衡离心力的消振方案。仅通过一次试加重及调整即解决了低压转子振动严重超标问题。

The Vibration Diagnosis and Elimination after Changing Blades on No.7 Unit in Huangtai Power Plant
Abstract:Addresssing from the exciting force of vibration and dynamic stiffness of the bearing system,this paper presents the analysis and diagnosis of No.3,No.4 bearing pedestal vibration problem after changing blades on No.7 unit(300MW)in Huangtai Power Plant.The scheme to eliminate the vibration is determined that decreasing the mass unbalance using accurate high speed balancing.After making only once weight addition trial and adjustment,the vibration problem on the low-pressure rotor has been solved which was beyond the standard seriously.
