| 摘 要： | 应用层次分析(AHP)的基本决策理论,针对建筑工程评标的众多因素,以3种技术上可行的投标方案为对象,建立了目标层、准则层和方案层的层次分析模型。结合某实际工程的具体条件,构造判断矩阵,求解矩阵的特征向量,根据总排序结果,确定了适合该建筑工程条件的最佳施工标书。

| Abstract: | According to factors of construction engineering bid evaluation, authors applied basic decision theories of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze three technically feasible bid programs, and built an analytic hierarchy model including aims level, rules level and programs level. Combining practical conditions of a project, they established decision matrices, solved characteristic vectors of these matrices, and determined the optimal construction bid file for conditions of this project according to the total sequencing result. |
