摘    要:LLC谐振全桥DC/DC变流器具有很高的功率密度和转换效率,但仍需合理的设计才能体现其优势.在该变流器中,谐振网络参数的选取对电路性能有至关重要的影响.本文从提高全输入范围内变流器转换效率的角度出发,对谐振网络及其它参数进行了优化设计.最后制作了一台1 kW功率等级的样机,对所提出的设计方法进行的实验结果表明,采用所设计的LLC谐振全桥DC/DC变流器具有工作频率范围窄,全输入范围内效率高等优点.

Abstract:LLC resonant full-bridge DC/DC converter has some advantages like high power density and high efficiency.However the optimal design is still needed to achieve these advantages.The resonant network parameters play an important role on the performance of this converter.ha this paper, some optimal design considerations on these parameters have been performed to improve the conversion efficiency during whole input range. Finally a lkW prototype was built up to verify the proposed method.The experimental results showed that the prototype converter has some attractive merits including narrow frequency range and high conversion efficiency during whole input range etc.
