低硅烧结矿的试验研究

摘    要:在马钢一铁总厂原料条件下,进行了提铁降硅优化配矿试验室试验,当烧结矿SiO2降低至4.50%时,进行了不同烧结料层、碱度及配煤比的试验室试验及冶金性能试验,试验结果表明:优化烧结原料结构可有效降低低硅烧结矿强度差的缺点;提高烧结矿碱度是改善烧结矿强度的最为有效的措施;烧结料层提高,可弥补由于烧结矿SiO2降低对强度产生的影响,且烧结固体燃耗降低;适当提高烧结配煤比,有利于提高烧结矿强度和烧结利用系数。

A Experimental Study on High-Fe Low-Si Sintern Xia Zhengyu Hu Xlayu LI Rullan Llu Zlmln Lu Zhiwu Feng Shuling
Abstract:Optimization tests on blend ores for higher Fe and lower SiO2 are performed using the raw material of Masteel Nol Ironmaking plant. When SiO2 in the sinter drops to 4.50%, different bed layers, basicities, coal ratio and metallurgical properties are tested. Results show that optimized material structure can effectively increase the strength of low Si sinter, increasing the basicity is the best way to enhance the strength of sinter, raising the sintering bed height can offset the affect on sinter strength by a lower SiO2 content and reduce coal consumption, and increasing fuel blending ratio helps enhance sinter strength and productivity.
