| 摘 要： | 为了探讨一种评测橡皮布印刷使用性能的方法，对9种单张纸胶印机常用的气垫橡皮布进行了实验。通过对橡皮布在印刷前后厚度、平整度、粗糙度、弹性、伸长率、硬度等各项性能指标的检测和分析，提出了它们与橡皮布的耐印力、套印变形、实地密度、网点表现及印刷稳定性等使用性能的相关关系，并给出了基于统计的原理对橡皮布使用性能进行数据化分析的方法。分析的结论基本能够反映这9种橡皮布在市场使用的实际情况。
