摘    要:本文在介绍实验型密炼机控制系统的工作原理以及系统组成的基础上,介绍了利用组态王开发上位机监控软件的过程.利用组态软件组成的控制系统可以对密炼机混炼过程进行实时监控,实现实时数据采集显示、超温报警、停机、打印等功能.实践证明,系统图形界面友好、数据采集准确可靠、操作方便、安全稳定.

Abstract:Introduces the application of kingview 6.5 on controlling system of laboratory mixer. Utilizing configuration software, controlling system can control laboratoty mixer in real time, and realize those functions ,such as data collection and acquisition displaying , real-time alarming , in real- time data ,printout and so on. The practice proves that the system has characteristics such as friendly interface,reliable and accurate data collection,easy operation, safety and ability, etc.
