| 摘 要： | 提出一种基于现状路网路段交通量来预测新建公路转移交通量的预测方法。该方法分为3个步骤：确定路段的交通阻抗；找出与新建路有竞争关系的最短路径及次短路径；确定节点之间的出行量、分配并汇总转移交通量。

| Abstract: | This paper brings up a new method that can predict the transfer traffic volume of new highways based on the link flow of an existing road network. The method is divided into three steps: first, determine the traffic impedance of the road segment; second, find out the most short-circuit which compete with the new highways containing the competed relationship; third, ascertain the trip volume of two spot and traffic assignment and accumulation to gain the transfer traffic volume. |
