| 摘 要： | 本文在分析目前小水电建设存在的主要问题的基础上,提出了通过提高小水站建设的前期工作质量、提高工程的设计质量、加强工程质量和监督管理、争取各有关部门的大力支持、加强施工的安全管理等措施推动小水电建设的积极对策。
