| 摘 要： | 通过对模具和制品在玻壳成形冷却过程中的传热分析，建立了描述模具和制品温度分布的数学模型，应用流体数值分析软件Fluent对不同工艺方案的屏底模的温度场进行了模拟计算，对结果进行了对比分析和讨论。 |

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of thermal transfer of the moulds and parts in the forming and cooling stage of CPT bulk, the mathematical model to describe the temperature distribution of the moulds and parts is given in this paper. The temperature fields of screen mould in different technologic condition are calculated using the software of FLUENT and the analysis and discussion of the results are given in this paper. |
