注入式混合型有源电力滤波器直流侧电压控制新问题及其解决方案

摘    要:新型注入式混合型有源电力滤波器(hybrid active power filter with injection circuit, IHAPF)的有源部分不承受基波电压,因而更适用于高压系统的动态谐波治理和大容量的无功补偿。其拓扑结构中包含基波谐振支路,决定了其直流侧电压很难通过对逆变器的基波有功电流的控制来维持平衡。一般采用不可控整流电路来维持直流侧电压。然而这种方式在装置接入点电压为非理想电压时,逆变侧的能量倒灌常常会引起直流侧电压的抬高甚至飙升,进而影响系统的补偿性能,甚至危及系统的安全运行。该文分析IHAPF系统直流侧电压抬升的原因,提出了滤波器结构选择、优化注入支路参数及直流侧采用PWM可控整流电路等方法来保证直流侧电压的稳定。仿真结果和某变电站注入式混合型有源电力滤波系统的现场运行数据证明了所提方法的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:The active part of hybrid active power filter with injection circuit (IHAPF) does not undertake fundamental voltage, so it can be applied in the high voltage condition for suppressing harmonics and compensating reactive power. But its special topology which has circuits tuned at fundamental frequency also decides that its DC-voltage can hardly be sustained by controlling the active current of the converter. The common way is using uncontrollable rectifier. However, when the PCC voltage is not ideal, the energy from AC side will raise the DC-voltage up and then impact the performance and security of the system. This paper analyzes the reasons of rising of the DC voltage firstly. Based on this, three methods are proposed for solving the DC over-voltage problem including selecting different configurations of APF, optimizing the inject circuit and adopting controllable PWM rectifier in DC side. Imitation results and the statistical data of a hybrid active power filter system which has been running in a transformer substation have confirmed the validity and feasibility of these methods.
