苯偶酰类化合物的合成

摘    要:以芳醛为起始原料,在VB。催化下,经安息香缩合反应制备了相应的苯偶姻(2a)类化合物;再经醋酸铜-硝酸铵-醋酸体系氧化,高产率合成了苯偶酰类化合物,其结构通过红外光谱、氢核磁共振谱、质谱、元素分析技术得以确证。研究了苯偶酰(1a)的合成工艺。结果表明,最佳合成条件为:冰醋酸为70mL,n(2a):n(硝酸铵)为1:1,在90℃反应1.5h,50mmol 2a被2mL2%的醋酸铜溶液氧化为1a,产率98.0%。反应的重复性良好。

Abstract:Benzoins were prepared from aromatic aldehyde by benzoin(2a) condensation in the presence of VB1 as the catalyst to yield benzils(1a) prior to be oxidized by copper acetate-ammonium nitrate-acetate acid system with higher yield.The products were determined by IR,1H-NMR,MS and element anlysis.Taking the synthesis of 1a for example,the reaction conditions were investigated in detail and the optimun conditions was obtained.Results show that 50 mmol 2a was oxidized to 1a by 2% copper acetate 2 mL with yield of ...
