摘    要:工业污水是一个优良的引人注目的低温余热源,在整个采暖期,水温波动不大,是水/水热泵或水/空气热泵的理想低温热源.采用污水热泵系统,可将工业污水作为提取和储存能量的基本源体,通过水源热泵来实现对建筑物冬季供热和夏季制冷.以哈尔滨某药厂的污水排放情况为例,采用计算机模拟,得到采暖季不同运行条件下,机组的主要特性(制热量Qc、输入功率N、制热性能系数COP)随各种条件变化的规律,显示出良好的节能性和经济性.

Abstract:As an attracting low level heat source,industry sewage is an ideal low temperature heat source for water/water or water/air heat pump for its little fluctuating temperature during the whole heating period.Heating in winter and cooling in summer can be realized by using water-source heat pump which extract/release heat to/from industry sewage,which accords with a sustainable development idea in designing heating,ventilation and air conditioning systems.A sewage-source heat pump system was simulated according to status of sewage in one medicine factory in Harbin.The main operating characteristics of it,such as heating capacity Q_c,input electric power N,and coefficient of performance(COP) in heating in different operating conditions in a whole heating period were obtained which are quite energy-conservative and economical.
