| 摘 要： | 介绍了1Cr_(18)Ni9Ti 荒管内壁裂纹的试验研究情况。研究了管坯的化学成分、α相、穿孔工艺对内裂的影响,通过典型对比分析,认为内裂产生的主导原因在于管坯的加热、变形量、穿孔工具的设计及穿孔机的调整参数是否合理。

| Abstract: | Cracks on inside wall of 1Cr18Ni9Ti shells and the effects of the chemical composition,α phase,piercing process of the shells on cracks are studied.The basic causes leading to inside cra- cks consist in whether there are rational shell heating and deformation,tool design and adjusting Parameters of piercing mills. |
