摘    要:在外加磁场情况下对低碳钢表面进行等离子弧堆焊,通过对堆焊层硬度和磨损量测试以及其显微组织分析,研究磁场频率对堆焊层金属的硬度和耐磨性的影响规律。结果表明,外加纵向磁场通过电磁搅拌作用细化堆焊层金属的组织,并控制硬质相的形态及分布;堆焊层的硬度和耐磨性随磁场的频率变化而变化并存在最佳值,在适当的磁场频率作用下电磁搅拌达到最佳效果从而提高堆焊层金属的综合力学性能。

Abstract:Under the extra-longitudinal magnetic-field,the plasma arc surfacing was carried out on low carbon steel.the effect of magnetic field frequency on properties of overlay deposit was studied via wear loss,microhardness test and its microstructure analysis.The results indicate that electromagnetic stirring can improve the shape and distribution of hard phase.It also can refine and uniform degree of primary crystallization structure.The hardness and wear resistant vary with magnetic-field frequency and there are optimums in them.The mechanical properties of overlay deposit are improved when electromagnetic stirring reaches the optimization under the proper magnetic-field frequency.
