降低金精矿浸出氰化钠用量的研究

摘    要:通过对氰化浸出过程氰化钠消耗情况分析,在进一步研究金精矿氰化浸出机理的基础上,提出了采用碳酸铵、氢氧化铵混合试剂降低氰化钠用量的新工艺.工业应用实践表明,该工艺节约氰化钠用量50%以上,生产成本降低1/3,浸渣银品位降低到15g/t,银浸出率提高11%.

Abstract:Based on analysis on the dosage of sodium cyanide and research on its leaching mechanism in gold concentrate leaching,a new technique that the mixture of ammonium carbonate and ammonium hydroxide can reduce the dosage of sodium cyanide is put forward.Industrial application shows that with this technique,the dosage of sodium cyanide can be reduced by more than 50%,manufacturing cost by more than 30%,the grade of silver slag by 15g/t,while the extraction rate of silver can be enhanced by 11%.
