摘 要: | 研究了用乙醇从迷迭香中提取迷迭香酸的工艺,同时,利用Fonton方法测定了迷迭香酸的抗氧化活性。结果表明,乙醇提取迷迭香酸的最佳体积分数为50%,迷迭香酸具有很好的抗氧化活性。该工艺为工业化、大规模生产迷迭香酸提供了一定的实验基础和借鉴。

Abstract: | A method was studied for the extraction process of rosmarinic acid from rosemary with ethanol-water system,while the extract antioxidant activity was determined using Fonton method.The results showed that the optimum ratio of ethanol-water system extract of rosemary is 50% and the rosemary acid has good antioxidant activity.This extraction process can provides some experimental basis and reference for the industrialization and mass production of rosemary acid. |
