常减压蒸馏装置的节能对策

摘    要:常减压蒸馏装置是炼油厂中的耗能大户,能耗位居催化裂化之后,名列装置能耗的第二位,在整个炼油厂的能耗中占15%~20%,探讨常减压蒸馏装置的节能对策,制定切实可行的节能措施、以及在常减压蒸馏装置中采用先进的节能新技术是十分必要的。从工艺技术的影响、单元操作的影响、新技术的应用等不同的侧面对常减压蒸馏装置的节能途径进行探讨。并针对某公司目前常减压蒸馏装置在节能方面提出一些建议和措施,为进一步搞好常减压蒸馏装置的节能工作提供新途径。

Abstract:The atmospheric -vacuum distillation unit, whose energy consumption accounts to 15 -20% of the total consumption of the refinery, is a big energy consumer in the refinery, ranking second after fluid catalytic cracking unit.. Therefore, it is necessary to develop Effective energy - saving measures and adopt advanced energy - saving technologies for the atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit. The energy saving measures are studied in respect of impact of process technology, unit operation and application of state - of - the - art technologies. Recommendations are presented, which provide a good reference for improvement of energy saving of atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit.
