低铝硅比铝土矿正浮选脱硅试验研究

摘    要:配制了一种油酸的复合增效剂,并对河南某低铝硅比一水硬铝石型铝土矿进行了正浮选脱硅试验研究。油酸与复合增效剂最佳配比为10∶1,复合增效剂对一水硬铝石的回收率影响显著,可以使一水硬铝石回收率提高10%。闭路试验表明,原矿铝硅比由3.14提高到8.08,回收率达到76.44%。

Abstract:Prepared one kind of mixed potentiator,and the experiment on direct flotation of bauxite ore was conducted.The best ratio of collector oleic acid and the mixed potentiator stood at 10:1 ,the mixed potentiator had a marked influence on the recovery of diaspore ,which was raised by 10%.The closed-circuit test result shown that the ratio of aluminum to silicon of the bauxite ore raised from 3.14 to 8.08,and the recovery of aluminium oxide is 76.44%.
