超声波除垢技术在脱乙烷塔顶冷凝器上的应用

摘    要:不凝气自脱乙烷塔回流罐顶经压控阀送至2号催化裂化装置或燃料气管网,冷凝液用脱乙烷塔回流泵送回塔顶全部作为回流,脱乙烷塔底物。通过对结垢和腐蚀产物进行分析,发现垢样中含有较多的微生物黏泥和泥沙物质,主要以铁的腐蚀产物为主,存在一定的垢下腐蚀。从分析结果看,微生物导致的腐蚀占有重要地位,并直接和间接促进了其他类型腐蚀的产生、发展。超声波—脉冲防除垢系统使用2 a拆解后检查发现,该技术对防垢除垢有一定的效果,在一定程度上提高了换热效率,但距离长周期运行还有差距,主要问题是存在软垢,应进一步采取相应的优化措施。

Abstract:The cooling water side of condenser of deethanizer column was fouling seriously, which reduced the heat transfer efficiency and affected the normal operation of the unit. The analysis of foul and corrosion products found that the foul contained a larger amount of microbiological sludges and sands, and the corrosion products are mainly the corrosion products of irons. Underdeposit corrosion also existed. As seen from analysis results, microorganisms was the main culprit of corrosion, which also directly or un - directly accelerated the development of other forms of corrosions. Based upon the analysis results, ultrasonic online cleaning technology was applied. The testing after two years' application found that the ultrasonic online cleaning system was effective in preventing and removing fouls and improved the heat exchange efficiency to some degree. But the on - line cleaning technology can not completely meet the requirements for the long - term operation, and optimization measures should be taken.
