双酚A的电化学行为及其测定

摘    要:用溶剂热法合成PtNi纳米颗粒,将其修饰在玻碳电极表面制成电化学传感器并将其用于检测。探讨了测试底液、富集电位以及富集时间等实验条件对传感器性能的影响。结果表明,在电位为0.5V条件下,该传感器检测双酚A的线性范围为0.999 9.9×1 0-6mol/L,其检测限为3.3 6×1 0-7mol/L。该传感器选择性好、灵敏度高、具有良好的重现性和稳定性。

Electrochemical Behavior and Determination of Bisphenol A

Abstract:PtNi nanoparticles were synthesized by solvent thermal method and electrochemical sensor was prepared by nanoparticles modified on glassy carbon electrode,which is used for detection bisphenol A.In order to opmizied experimental conditions,buffer solution,enrichment potential and enrichment time have been investigated for the effect of electrochemcial sensor on the performance.The experimental results show that,the oxidiation potential is 0.5 V,the linear range of the sensor to detect bisphenol A is 0.99-99.9 ×10-6mol/L;the detection limit is 3.36 × 0-7mol/L,the sensor has good selectivity,high sensitivity,good reproducibility and stability.
