真空法制取二元冰的理论分析

摘    要:新的蓄冷介质越来越被人们重视,二元冰俗称冰浆是其中一个比较受到人们关注的一种蓄冷介质。制取冰浆的方法有很多种,其中真空法就是其中一种。因为它的制取步骤比较简单,不需要消耗太多的电力能源,同时制取二元冰的效率很高。通过对真空室内下落液滴的质量、速度、温度、下落距离建立微分方程,选定不同的初始条件和真空条件,模拟计算求解。通过对计算结果的比较、分析,明确指出在试验设计时应该选用喷射的液滴初始直径较小的喷头,同时保持真空室稳定在压力较小的环境下。

Abstract:New cold thermal energy storage medias have become research hotspots, and ice slurry is one of these medias. Among many methods of producing ice slurry, the method of producing ice slurry in a vacuum chamber is easy and highly efficient. This article analyzed the falling process of a water droplet inside a vacuum chamber, and established differential equations for its mass, velocity, temperature and falling distance. These equations were solved with numerical computation, under different initial conditions. After comparison of these results, it is clear that the nozzle which ejects smaller droplets should be chosen while keeping a lower pressure inside the vacuum chamber.
