铟锡合金真空蒸馏分离的研究

摘    要:研究了真空蒸馏法分离铟锡合金,回收金属铟与锡的新工艺。从理论上分析了铟与锡分离的可能性和规律性,并进行工业化试验。工业化试验的结果表明,控制蒸馏温度1050℃,真空度3 Pa时,铟锡合金中的铟与锡能在较大程度上分离开,得到含铟量大于95%的粗铟,粗铟中的含锡量降至1%以下。铟的直收率达到92%,物料的总回收率达到99%。该方法是铟锡分离中流程短、无污染、低能耗的新工艺、新技术。

Abstract:A simple,green,and energy-saving technique was developed to recycle indium from the In-Sn alloy in the light of cradle-to-cradle strategy.The vacuum distillation technique was theoretically analyzed and experimentally tested on industrial scale.The impacts of vacuum distillation conditions,such as the distillation temperature,feeding modes of liquid In-Sn alloy,and pressure,on purity of the condensed indium were evaluated.The results show that the distillation temperature strongly affects the purity of the distilled indium metal.For instance,at 1050℃ and 3 Pa,the In purity in the crude indium exceeded 95% with Sn impurity less than 1%,after 4 cycles of the cyclic distillation.The direct recovery rate of indium and total recovery rate of In-Sn alloy was found to be 92%,and 99%,respectively,under favorable distillation conditions.
