大型公共建筑能源管理系统的建立

节能是我国一项长期的战略任务。"十二五"期间国家节能工作将面临更大的压力和挑战。建筑能耗特别是大型公建的能耗在城市总能耗中占了较大比例,因此如何有效监控和分析大型公共建筑的能耗情况将非常重要。针对根据已有项目经验,对大型公共建筑能源管理系统平台的搭建、功能及效果等方面做出相应的论述。

Major Scale Public Building Energy Management System

Energy Saving is our national long term strategic assignment.During the period of the ’12th Five Year Plan’ lots of challenges and pressure that will be handled in terms of Energy Saving.Building energy consumption,especially large scale public building project,that accounts the major proportion of the urban energy consumption.Therefore effective monitor and analysis the energy consumption of large public building projects is essential.This paper describes the implementation steps of energy management platform for large public building project and it functions and values through the lessons learnt from previous projects experience.
