真空灭弧室与SF6灭弧室串联的混合断路器开断容量增益特性分析

摘    要:基于真空和SF6气体两种不同灭弧介质的灭弧特点,分析真空灭弧室与SF6灭弧室串联组成的混合断路器可获得更大开断能力的机理。根据混合断路器开断能力提高机理提出对其操动控制机构的要求,并将额定电压12 kV,开断电流20kA的真空断路器与额定电压12 kV,开断电流6.3 kA的SF6断路器串联搭建光控模块式混合断路器实验模型。对实验模型进行短路电流开断测试,并对比单个SF6断路器与基于相同SF6断路器串联真空断路器的混合断路器的短路电流开断能力。得出SF6断路器与混合断路器的开断容量曲线,混合断路器相比SF6断路器开断容量增益倍数在1.4以上。证明混合断路器可在不增加SF6气体使用量的前提下提高短路电流开断容量。

Abstract:A novel type of hybrid,light-controlled circuit-breaker was developed by combining the vacuum interrupter and the SF6 interrupter in series to improve the breaking capacity.To characterize its breaking capacity gain,a prototyped hybrid circuit breaker was designed and constructed,consisting of a vacuum interrupter (a rated voltage of 12 kV and a breaking current of 20 kA),a SF6 interrupter(a rated voltage of 12 kV and a break current of 6.3 kA) and a light-control module.The preliminary test results show that the breaking-capacity gain of the newly-developed hybrid circuit breaker is 1.4 times higher than that of the SF6 interrupter,without increasing the amount of SF6 gas.The operating mechanisms and possible improvements of the hybrid circuit-breaker were also tentatively discussed.
