边界积分方程法在航炮零件动态断裂强度分析中的应用

摘    要:本文应用边界积分方程法,对某航炮上的关键零件反跳锁进行了动态断裂强度分析。与反跳锁材料25CrNiWA的动态断裂实验数据相结合,应用复合型断裂判据估算出反跳锁所包含的稳定裂纹失稳扩展的长度范围,提出了修改更换反跳锁断裂件裂纹长度限的建议。

Abstract:In this paper, boundary integral equation method is used in the dynamic fracture strength analysis of a critical element in an airborne gun. In combination with experimental dynamic fracture data of the material used for that element, the critical range crack-length for stationary cracks of the element is obtained using the mixed-mode fracture criterion. Following this a suggestion is made to correct the crack-length limit for the renewal of the element.
