摘    要:采用控轧控冷工艺生产的低合金高强度钢Q345E达到了用户提出的高屈服强度和抗拉强度的综合力学性能要求。严格控制铜水纯净度,降低终轧温度,采用冷床风机强制冷却工艺能有效提高钢材的强度和低温冲击韧性。

Abstract:By adopting the process of TMCP, low alloy and high strength steel Q345E was produced, which could meet the comprehensive mechanical properties of high yield strength and high tensile strength and high tension required by the customer. In this process, the purity of molten steel was strictly controlled, the rolling temperature for the last pass was reduced, and forced cooling by cold bed blower fan was performed, which could efficiently raise the strength and low temperature toughness of the steel product.
