摘 要: | 分析了钢化学元素的作用,阐述了钢的特性、韧化机理。进行了热处理工艺(冷处理、时效)与力学性能的研究,确定了最佳热处理工艺。研究结果表明:攀长钢试制的A100合金,具有非常高的韧性和强度,通过885℃油淬加-73℃冷处理加480℃时效可以得到最佳的强韧性配合;A100钢必须保持高纯度,以保证钢的塑韧性。

Abstract: | The effects of chemical elements in steel are analyzed, the properties, toughening mechanism of steel are described. The optimum heat treatment process is determined by researching the heat treatment process (cold treatment, aging) and mechanical properties. The research results showed that A100 alloy trial-produced by Changcheng Special Steel Co.,Ltd., had very high toughness and strength, which could get a best combination of toughness and strength through 885℃oil quenching plus-73℃cold treatment plus 480℃aging;A100 alloy must have high purity so as to guarantee the toughness and plasticity of the alloy. |
