固溶时效对TC4合金组织与机械性能的影响

摘    要:研究了固溶时效对TC4合金的显微组织、室温力学性能、硬度、冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,经过α+β区固溶处理+530~760℃时效处理后的TC4合金显微组织分别为球状或条状初生α和转变β基体,随时效温度的提高,室温强度和硬度降低,塑性和冲击韧性无明显变化;β区固溶处理+530℃时效处理后的TC4合金显微组织分别为魏氏组织和马氏体。

Abstract:The effects of solution treatment and aging on the microstructure, room temperature mechanical properties, hardness, impact toughness of TC4 alloy were studied in this paper. The results showed that microstructures of TC4 alloy were spherical or banded primary and transformedαandβrespectively after solution treatment atα+βregion and aging at 530-760℃. With increasing of aging temperature, room temperature strength and hardness decreases, while plasticity and impact toughness have no obvious change;after solution treatment atβregion and aging at 530℃, the microstructures of TC4 alloy are widmannstatten and martensite respectively.
